Frustrated by the lack of quality wigs on the market, Petra and her mother Dagmar, founded Berenice London in 2014, revolutionising the wig industry with their premium products.

Dagmar serves as the dynamic business manager for Berenice London, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. However, her expertise does not stop there!
Dagmar specialises in crafting custom natural hair lines for our wigs, showcasing her remarkable talent. Additionally, she is an exceptional needleworker whose skills shine through in every piece. With Dagmar, you can trust you are in capable and caring hands.

The Berenice Family has been developed for you.
How much is the Berenice Family?
It will be £9.95 per month and will be on a recurring subscription, taken the same date every month.
Or you can purchase an annual subscription for £110.00.
What will I have access to?
In your welcome email, you will be given a personalised and private portal where you will be able to access all of the resources.
What is the Members price?
As a member of our community, you receive access to some very special promotions.
- A Consultation; members price £50.00, normal price £75.00.
- Wash & Blowdry* within the community is £70.00 plus VAT** & Return Postage & Packaging. Normal price £85 + VAT & P&P. The service includes a wash and a deep condition in high quality products and styled as desired e.g. curly blow-dry, straight blow-dry. The hair will be returned shiny, rehydrated and feel like new.
Repairs (prices include sourcing new hair for the repairs);
- The new lace front on a hairpiece: members price £280.00, normal price £350.00. (This service can extend the health of the hairpiece for up to 2 years).
- Fixing hair inversion: members price £80.00, normal price £100.00.
- Hair infill: members price £200.00, normal price £250.00.
*For hairpieces by Berenice London.
** VAT is excluded for health reasons & completion of our declaration form is required.
How does a consultation work with Berenice London
Here at Berenice London, our clients are in complete control of their consultations.
Your experience includes:
- Discussing the different options which would be suitable, trying on our wigs and selecting some styles that are suitable.
- Once a hairpiece has been chosen, then very careful measurements are taken with the use of a head mould which stays with Berenice London for future orders.
- The consultation involves explanations of how the hairpiece is constructed (where does it stretch etc) and we pick the materials together.
- The most exciting thing is you get to choose the exact hair which will be used for your hairpiece on the day and that is the hair we use!
- You then receive a quotation which will be confirmed within 2 hours by email.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you cancel at any point by using your login to access your portal and follow the cancellation instructions.
